Complete list of “SPID Options” for 1970-71?

Is there anyone here that could direct me to a list of Options according to the SPID List that is on the Glovebox door of our series trucks?
I’m looking for the numbers and descriptions for 1970/71.
My original list is still in good shape, and easy to read, but I was thinking of getting a new on printed up with the “Factory Options” that I’ve added/upgraded since I bought my truck.
I’ve upgraded things like Pore Steering, Power Brakes, and Tilt Steering Column, to name a few.
Then I’ll put the “New” one over the original, to protect it.
I know members here will give the Factory Numbers when someone asks about them, and I was just wondering if there’s a complete list out there somewhere.:smoke:
As always, thanks in advance :chevy:

I’m not finding the “Comfort Tilt steering column, headliner, PS/PB, or Bucket Seats.
Would that be enveloped in the CST package?

Headliner isn’t an option, so no RPO code exists. It is included with elevated trim level RPOs like Z84, YE9, etc.
I try to reference the Data Book for the specific year of the truck in question when able - it is the ground truth for that specific year in my mind. I do like Jeff’s list, it’s a very good reference. Some of the other RPO code references online include too large a chunk of years and it can get confusing as to what a specific code (that carries across multiple eras) means in a specific year. For example, YE9 “generally” means highest trim level in 71 and later trucks, not just Cheyenne Super. It was Cheyenne Super from 71 until Silverado replaced it in the mid-70’s.

I believe it was a mid-70 model year addition - ads started popping up for it in calendar year 1970. While N33 may not have appeared in some of the early model year literature, if it was installed on some of the later-built 1970 trucks, it would have the N33 RPO listed on the SPID.

probably explains why i've never seen a 70 with factory installed tilt-very rare in 70. thank you jocko.

Thanks! That's a bit rich for my blood. I'm really only looking for the specs on what equipment was used at what level. Not sure I need the whole book for that.

Maybe a Member that has the 70 data book can snap a picture for you and to add info to this thread.

I have a 67 book.

I have a 67 book.

Probably not that different. I saw somewhere that when going to AC from standard cooling that the fan increased from 18" to 19" on BBCs. I could have read that wrong, and I didn't think to grab that info back when I had the chance. Not sure that that info would be in the data book, though?

Agree.

As such - here are a couple contemporaneous references:

This information is what is used to create the Data book (or is, at least, included in the data book).

Here is my original and the one Jeff from "Out in the Shop" made for me with my additions. I know the Vacum Gauge and Speed Warning weren't available from the factory but when showing the Spid i like to se how knowledgeable people rae when they look at it. I put the newlable ona chome glove box door which I painted the indented part wrinkle black so has the chome edge to match the gauge surrond and the original glove box is in a box in my basement.
