Seam sealer options

I get hammered with FLEX SEAL advertising on the TV.
I was curious if any of you guys thought or used the stuff as opposed to oem thin and the harder version.

I use some stuff I got from eastwood. NO issues and it sands well and can be painted without issue. Not sure if Flex seal is paint-able or not. OTherwise I know the stuff works pretty well in other areas.

I wouldn't use anything but automotive seam sealer and ignore flex Seal's aggressive marketing. Have you had any ads from any automotive seam sealer companies? Maybe in this thread we can pull some real world experiences to help you decide on which sealer to use. There is no better advertisement than that.
