1967 Master Cylinder Line Routing

What is the correct routing for the lines coming out of the master cylinder/warning light switch block? It seems that on some 67's both lines run inboard of the left frame rail, some have the line to the rear wheels run inboard and the line to the front run outboard of the frame to the front tee fitting. My truck has the lines on both sides of the frame but I believe I have seen 67's with both lines on the inside.

My 67 had both lines going to the inside of the frame rail. The hold down clamp was a double clamp with the bolt between the humps.

Certain things probably make a difference, such as 1/2 ton truck or 3/4 ton or 1 ton, manual or power brakes, perhaps GMC or Chevrolet, etc.
