Does anyone know what color the gravel deflectors are supposed to be with the rear sport bumper? Body color or black? My sport bumper is also going to be black. Hugger orange truck, black roof and bumpers

Seen them both ways. My 1970 Blazer had black ones. Never any evidence of Medium Bronze paint on them. I prefer them black.

Also, it appears that you have them on the wrong sides. They are supposed to be more outboard, almost touching the bedside lip.

Mine are chrome along with the license plate box.
Doubt it's original though

I like the color Cemack. :metal:
Your preference ;)
They wont be very visible unless you are right on top of your tail gate/rear bumper.
My gravel guards, license & bumper brackets are black with chrome sport bumper with the Hugger Orange.

Some claim they were body color, which is always "possible" but highly unlikely. The main reason, they're nearly impossible to clean/polilsh them. I suspect they were black or argent, depending on the location of assembly. My '72 Cheyenne is argent.

If you read some of the previous threads on this topic, you'll find that it's most common that these were body color, with black and argent like yours being claimed as original. It depended on the year, and factory as to which color ended up on the truck.
