Radio and Speaker Removal with Factory Air
 
Best easiest way to remove factory radio and speaker in truck with factory air? Through the glovebox or remove HVAC controls or ?

You will destroy the glove box liner getting it out.

Did mine through the glovebox. IIRC, I disconnected the right duct to the center vent and probably the tee to make room for my big hands
If you have the original origami cardboard box liner, be prepared for it to disintegrate and need replacement
"While you're in there" consider swapping your vent ducts if they're crispy

Everything in this one as far as ducts, box liner vents etc is all new.

New stuff will make this a lot easier to get apart
