Rare Square body Diesel hood ornament I think
 

I picked this up recently. The seller didn't know anything about it & I can't find any pics of one online. I'm just assuming by the look that it's a General Motors product so I could be wrong.

I'm thinkin' it's from the square body era but I do not know for sure. It's in very good condition. The first pic looks to be the back side because it's a little cleaner than the front side in the second photo. Chrome is very good with no rust. Based on the wear amount, it was not on a truck for very long. It's about two inches square.

Since I must list a price, I'll say $300 as that's what rare emblems sell for. Free shipping in USA.

It is square body. Might be a pretty tough sell at that price. They are hard to find as they were only used from 78 to 80 and not all trucks had hood ornaments that were diesels. I have had a few over the years but mine were new old stock

Since you have a paid membership I'm pretty sure you're allowed to ask value. In my opinion it seems really hard to sell stuff on here lately. The best chance of getting around that price range would be on eBay. If you have an account I would put it on there for the $200 and do it or best offer. I know the fees suck but it seems the best place to sell more expensive items
