DFM Question
 

I posted a few months ago asking about the seats and some other stuff in the '21s.
I have a few more questions. Regarding the trucks with the DFM delete, what else is different ? Just no electronics ? Im assuming the motor is exactly the same ? Will they be prone to the same issues as the trucks that have the DFM ?
Now that things are winding down as far as the renovations on my house Im planning to actively start shopping around for a newer truck in a few weeks. Ive found a few trucks on carfax within 100 miles from my home that have the DFM delete.
Also, how can I find out options and levels of trim for the 21 and 22 models ?

Factory DFM delete just didn’t have the chip to electronically control the DFM, but the main issues were always the lifters. And unfortunately, DFM deleted trucks still came with the dreaded DFM lifters. So it’s not like buying a factory deleted DFM is the saving grace to these GM trucks.
