H78-15-b on-off road tires

Anyone have a picture of what brand and style GM originally used for this tire? Is there anything currently available that is close in style to an original?

GM used Goodyear and Firestone tires often. My Blazer came with Goodyears. H78-15 ON/OFF road tires were bias ply. These are readily available, but you can substitute any 15" radial.

What wheel covers does it have? Never seen them. Are those actual original tires or replacements in the correct size?

An assumption is the tires were the original ones since this Blazer has 12k miles currently. It was a fire dept. owned vehicle. The Blazer did not come with caps, so someone added wheel covers at some point early in its life.
