Weld wheels do not put their name on the rims.

That is my guess.

It looks a lot like their design style.

A little of both. I had a co-worker back in the early 2000's that had a set on a square body blazer. I remember he liked the horseshoe cutouts, and I didn't.

I had an opportunity to buy a set of Ram wheels cheap off CL but passed, then wanted them and they were sold. Researching the Ram wheels brought me to that web site.
