Help with Camber Washers

3 Attachment(s)
Customer changed his a-arms on his c3500 and when he took it in for alignment, they said the cam washers were inside out/backwards. I can’t find anything on the net on what they should be. How can they tell?

These arrows must mean something? Point up or down?

They have to go on the outside, they won't fit on the inside, between bushing and frame.

Like the pics show right? But does it matter what direction the arrows on washers point?

The arrow is just a reference point that can be used when aligning, maybe the mark is used in assembly as well. If the washer was installed with that mark not visible (washer flipped) I do not believe there is anything that would prevent the eccentric washer from doing it's job and allowing alignment.
