Help identifying steering column/ steering wheel options
 

I am a total noob I apologize for my ignorance. Can anyone help me identify this steering column. The real issue is I would like to ditch the billet steering wheel for one of the steering wheels I've seen that looks like a stock wheel but smaller diameter. Not sure if mounting will be the same or if I can get an adapter?
