Single Tahoe Center Cap Needed
 

Not sure how it happened but have lost the center cap from my 2005 Tahoe Z71 right rear wheel. Looking for a nice original oem replacement. Pic shows the style needed with the Chevrolet Bowtie center emblem, 3.25'' in diameter. Will buy or trade for nice replacement cap.

Those are usually found on eBay.
Not sure if you can buy just one.

Thanks for the response. I looked on evilBay and found several but they're all pretty well beat up and dinged. Would prefer one to somewhat match the existing original three remaining caps. May have to go with replacement plastic caps but prefer not to. Will keep looking.

Well, I went to four wrecking yards today, and I didn't see any center caps. I didn't even see any aluminum rims on any vehicles. At one of the yards, there was a worker making a big racket tossing aluminum rims into a large metal container. I wonder if the price of aluminum is up.

Patrick, thanks for taking the time to look for the single needed cap. Have had no luck locally either. Guess will have to go with a set of four after market caps which are mostly plastic. Yuck, I hate plastic, LOL. Sometimes one has no choice in the matter. Have not checked but you may be right that the price of aluminum is up. Everything else is.

Still looking for - one- 2001 to 2006 Tahoe center cap, PN # 15766002 complete with the inner snap ring and all four tabs intact.

Go up on the link car-part.com. It is a nation wide link to all the salvage yards in the USA. you will be able to look for your center caps, by distance and quality of the parts.
