stock interiors carpet

I have heard good reviews about this company. So I ordered some samples got a confirmation e-mail and waited. Well, I waited about 3 weeks and nothing. So, I called them up they found my e-mail said sorry they were mailed but will get another set sent out. Great so I wait another 3 weeks and nothing. Contact them again told the same thing. Confirmed my address yes all good. Same guy sounded a little bothered by this but said they will send out a third set. Well 3 weeks and no samples. So, I ordered through OC Auto carpets. They both are a middleman for the same carpets. Well in 3 days I received my samples. Has anyone else had this issue with Stock Interiors lately.

Had a similar issue with Stock Interiors. Requested carpet samples and still hadn't recieved them a month later. Called them back and paid $10 dollars to expedite. Even though I paid the $10, they were sent via USPS but with a tracking number.

Since I was paying, I asked if they could be sent UPS or Fedex, was told no. Still took a couple of weeks to get the samples.

Ordered the carpet and received via Fedex within a week. The carpet came in an ACC box. Haven't installed it yet, but it does look quality.

Stock Interiors drop ships from ACC. So I always tell people just to go directly thru ACC. I highly doubt Stock Interiors has the samples, they most likely contact ACC for the samples to be sent out, just like the carpet itself.
And BTW, OCC is ACC also.
ACC is the manufacturer, everyone else is just the vendor.

TKCR yes you are right. When I talked to OC they sent me high definition pictures while I was still on the phone. The hard samples came in 3 days through USPS. When I place the order it will come from ACC.

Rock Auto is also a dealer for ACC. Much better price than other dealers when I ordered a few months ago. Was drop shipped via Fed Ex in 3 days.

I would order from Summit since the shipping would typically be free if your order is over $100.

The three carpets sets I have bought were cheaper from Rock Auto than summit even after shipping

ACC will send you as many samples as you want but I think they limits to 4 swatches per request .
