how to read codes

Hello all,

Wife's burb,, 2002 2500, 6.0 4l80

It died yesterday,, 99% sure it is the fuel pump but before i pull the tank i want to confirm low pressure... Is there a way to cycle the key or some other combination to get the codes on the dash or a flashing sequence?

I have been searching the net for 30 minutes now and get every forum/video except chevy for my gen.. I have an 89 v2500,, a little different

Thanks in advance

The fuel pressure for an LQ4 engine should typically be between 55-62 psi at idle and under load.

30 is super low.
