Wipers to operate symmetrically?

Before I dig in, is there a standard solution to making my wipers operate symmetrically? It's like the driver's one is a smidgen ahead of the passenger one on its turnaround.

Rotate it about the splined shaft where the arm mounts on the post

The proper park position is both blades about 2 1/2" above the bottom of the windshield.. If you have excessive slack in the linkage, the "turnaround" won't be symmetrical. It's the little things that drive some of us crazy....
