Right turn signal comes on when I turn on headlights...
 

When I turn on the headlights/parking lights, the right blinker comes on...

Before I start chasing wires...just curious if this is a common issue that pops up or any ideas on things to look at first?

Is it just the indicator on the dash glowing?

I had this same issue. Mine was caused by my right park/blinker assembly. Didn't bother me until the park/blinker light failed. After replacement my right in dash light no longer came on solid with the headlights!

Mine are LED. Maybe unplug the assembly and test.

Bad Turn Signal Switches can do a lot of goofy gripes.

Just as 68ORANGRSUNSHINE says. Your turn signal switch under your steering wheel is a major culprit when it comet to tour turn signal issues.
