I found this in a larger truck, the badges were gone so I didn't know how to tell. It had a tank on the back. I did know if this was a common piece or not.

I think trucks that had PTO driven winch or similar equipment might have the hand throttles but I don't know if any were factory or added by the upfitter/dealer.

That particular style is factory, but like mentioned above, there are aftermarket styles too.

Most likely added when it went for the tank install. Possible pto operated pump?
