Anyone made your own coil over conversion

Going to be putting coil overs on front of truck, I have to use aftermarket kit I can. Like everything else I do I rather build it and especially if decent money savings. Before asked, Have been build ground up race cars and motor cycle for 30 years so some experiance. Including homemade disc brake system on first race car yusiunf pinto rotor and Fierro calipers, Use tio mix match and make work.

Anyone build it yourself and love pics and or suggestions.

Used an aftermarket coil over kit on my 72 K10. Knew it would not fit correctly. None the less it saved me time and fabrication. I was able to use some pieces with minor modification. Some pieces required that they be totally changed. In the end less time and effort I had to put in was worth the extra cost of the kit IMO.
