door jam paint???match body or inside cab paint?
 

The door its self, was the part outside the seal painted to match the body? and the cab color was painted up to the door seal?

so what is the reason for this, did the paint the doors off line? it seem strange to me

I believe, according to the pictures, that it was paited in three step layers. First the primer, followed by the red. The red was just sprayed to cover the edges with some overspray in the door jam. Finally, the fawn paint along all the iterior to the edge only as in final pic. Probably masked off to prevent covering the red from the edges.
