Underside of hood what color?
 

Hey Guys,

I’m repainting the hood on my 65 C-10
My question is what color should the underside be? My truck is yellow
And the old paint on the underside is a cream color. Looks to be original.
Trying to keep it as original as possible.

All were black.

Most are a black base or primer but whatever color is original to the outside, is what would have been the overspray underneath. Have seen a few Chevys with 75% of body color covering the underside of the hood but its usually about 25-35% just overspray
