Where is a Good source?

Main reason for question is some of the Chrome covered one the cap pops off when it tightened up.

I found these at Amazon ?

I used stainless steel ones from Home Depot. Not chrome but it blends well enough it’s not noticeable.

If you're looking for original style ones with a polished stainless cap we carry them! Some people opt for the full stainless ones like Greenlee said and those can be had locally.

We don't have the ones from brackets to frame, but we do have the ones that go from bracket to bumper.
These are the bumper bolts that are located on the face of the bumper bolt.
Note we have the chrome bumper bolts and the stainless ones can be polished to mimic chrome.

That's what I am thinking.

I am now thinking I will show my nephew this thread and let him decide. ;)
