Door gap closing.
Looking for ideas. First, with all the work done on this truck, I purposely avoided door removal. Yesterday I noticed the lower front gap on right side front of door has disappeared. Further quick inspection shows alignment of front part of fender has dropped. I have to concluded I failed to tighten sufficiently when installing fender. I did have the inner fender off and on while swapping headers recently. Radiator support bushings are 1 year old. I think it's just my fault with fender install about 6 months ago. Any other thoughts I may have overlooked?

Re: Door gap closing.
Maybe you need to add an "F" shim between the inner fender and the cab.

Re: Door gap closing.
Do those F shims go on the 5/8 headed 7/16 bolt that attaches inner fender somewhat low on the firewall? Possible that is pulling things in and I may not have noticed when I reinstalled the inner fender couple weeks ago. Good tip I will investigate. I'm in the middle of some fall yard cleaning on some trees that got neglected the past couple years while fooling with the truck. Paying the piper this week with sore body.
