WTB: Nice pair of doors

Willing to pay up for extra nice, I know they don’t come cheap. I have a repop passenger door, don’t want aftermarket, looking for GM doors. Willing to travel within reason.

Try car-part.com. That is a nationwide link to the different salvage yards all across the USA. They can tell you how far the parts are from you and also have a grading system.

David Hosler - up in Michigan has a huge lot of SW parts / sheet metal. So, are you working a 1970 truck?

I thought Dave lived in Michigan. I drove up and met him a few years back to buy an NOS core support, RH outer and inner fender. I saw his ad on fb this week but it said he has useable doors, but nothing pristine. I will contact him thru the board and see what he has. Thanks for the heads up.

Your right, Michigan. You've been looking for a while. I know another in that area too, I'll check. If you ever get to Florida, I might could dig around and fine some.

Don't get by St Augustine often, but I might if I could find a nice set. I appreciate the offer.

I’ve heard of Desert Valley, but I thought I had heard/read they were closed. I will check it out. Thanks.

You didn't say what year of doors you are looking 4. The 72 doors are different than the 67 - 71 doors. I have very good 72 right door and a fixable drivers door for a 72. I'd sell these as I found a complete set of rust free 72 doors. I'm in north central KS. PM me if your interested.

Re: WTB: Nice pair of doors

My truck is a '70 so I would need 68-71 doors, but I would not be opposed to '72 doors if they are rust/damage free. What condition are your doors in? Can you post some pics and let me know what you want for them?

I bought these doors in phoenix Arizona in the early 90’s for my 69 short bed. They have been in my shop all these years. They are off a 1970 truck. They do have some mirror screw holes & speaker holes the need welded up. No rot, just surface rust on the bottom door edge. $1000.00 for the pair

Thanks for posting pics. I am afraid shipping would be prohibitively expensive on those.

I am in Missouri just outside St. Louis. I wouldn’t want to ship.

We are about 5-6 hours apart. I am not opposed to travelling, so I will keep this in mind.
