91 Suburban suspension

Hello, I have a 91 1/2 ton that I wanna lower , so my question is ,i have tubular control arms from djm that I bought to use on a 80s 1/2 ton truck . Will these work on my suburban

Thanks, and it looks like I can only do a 2in. Drop with the shackles, anything more I'd need to do an axle flip
