jeep pull handles work for action line pickups :)
 

Purists wouldn't dig it but just wanted to put this out there in case there's anyone like me that isn't excited about the stock armrest/pull handle. :) I got these jeep door pulls with hardware for $10 & free shipping on Amazon. I snipped off the ends of the pull strap since it's long, trimmed some rubber off the ends. and drilled holes in the strap metal. Works perfect. :)

The square bodies also have pull straps that look good. Looking at the square body end caps though, they wouldn't work with action line door panels.

I like ideas. Not for my 67 but my 42 which never had any. I open the window once inside to close the door. i would say from the wear, previous owners closed it by pulling the inside opener handle before I restored the truck.

Hi Dennis. The Volkswagen bus and beetle also have some nifty polished aluminum door pull handles. :)
