Back to USA1. They had a rough time there for awhile when they were starting up their own manufacturing. They ran into all sorts of issues right up to the point that they shuttled that place and started over. Then it was getting the new place up and running. They have most of the bugs worked out and are doing much better on getting items shipped. I have no desire to take my business elsewhere. Main reason is that there is no other place out there that has all our correct colors. I stay on top of my ordering, so in case I do have to wait on anything, I still have plenty in the meantime. :metal: |

Maybe they have no issues with your supplies which is great but they are clearly still advertising things as available and then never sending the product to countless people which is unacceptable. The last straw for me was improperly made vent window frames and then ghosting me, when I finally was able to get to a human being all I got was excuses. Never again for me

If they have been a good supplier to you, that is a valid argument - but it does not invalidate the experiences of others. Those of us who have been misled on MUTIPLE occasions have every right to share our experiences as well. The search function clearly supports that these concerns are not isolated or new. Any negative reputation this company has earned is the result of its own actions, not forum commentary. I stand by my original assessment based on firsthand experience" they are a $hit company ran by liars. It appears that many others have come to similar conclusions. Whether you choose to remain active here is entirely your decision. However, before your departure, I would genuinely like to understand why you believe positive experiences should be accepted without question, while negative ones should be dismissed or challenged. No one here has any incentive to fabricate negative experiences—we are simply sharing what we have personally encountered. Happy New Year. |
