Done business with them for a good 10 years now, and still do business with them quite regularly. Why would anyone use the other choices out there? They are at the top of my list for supplies.

Thanks for Following, although I don’t post as much here anymore. I don’t do the seats anymore and sold the truck. There’s just the seatbelts now, and it’s too much to post here and on my FB Page. It takes too long to post here with the pictures, especially if the site is being slow. But I like the Forum much better for finding good accurate information on certain things.
Back to USA1. They had a rough time there for awhile when they were starting up their own manufacturing. They ran into all sorts of issues right up to the point that they shuttled that place and started over. Then it was getting the new place up and running. They have most of the bugs worked out and are doing much better on getting items shipped.
I have no desire to take my business elsewhere. Main reason is that there is no other place out there that has all our correct colors. I stay on top of my ordering, so in case I do have to wait on anything, I still have plenty in the meantime. :metal:

Maybe they have no issues with your supplies which is great but they are clearly still advertising things as available and then never sending the product to countless people which is unacceptable. The last straw for me was improperly made vent window frames and then ghosting me, when I finally was able to get to a human being all I got was excuses. Never again for me

we all know because you're the first one to run in and let us know what a great company they are. my personal experience far outweights your shilling for them.

they are a $hit company run by folks that fit the same descriptor.

Wow, you really felt the need to make this personal? You have a right to use whoever you like out there. Sorry you had a bad experience with them. I realize no place is perfect, but I at least give them a chance to make things right, and that goes for any company. Have they been 100% perfect with every one of my orders? Absolutely not. But they made things right in all cases. That counts for something. And BTW, they are NOT THE ONLY place I use. Depends on what I need at the time.
Now back to your comment, this is why I spend less time here on the Forum. I used to like the like Forums a whole lot better than the FB groups because comments like this was considered unacceptable and was not allowed.

Not sure where you got a personal attack out of my original post, but ok. I simply stated what I have observed and experienced. I do believe the forum search funtion will validate my observation.

There have been multiple instances on this forum where people have expressed dissatisfaction with this company. In nearly every case, you are the one defending them, disregarding the posters persepctive and emphasized how positive your experience has been. If they have been a good supplier to you, that is a valid argument - but it does not invalidate the experiences of others.

Those of us who have been misled on MUTIPLE occasions have every right to share our experiences as well. The search function clearly supports that these concerns are not isolated or new.

Any negative reputation this company has earned is the result of its own actions, not forum commentary. I stand by my original assessment based on firsthand experience" they are a $hit company ran by liars. It appears that many others have come to similar conclusions.

Whether you choose to remain active here is entirely your decision. However, before your departure, I would genuinely like to understand why you believe positive experiences should be accepted without question, while negative ones should be dismissed or challenged. No one here has any incentive to fabricate negative experiences—we are simply sharing what we have personally encountered.
