68 C10 or GMC Fender aftermarket fitment

Wondering if anybody has bought one that actually fit. Some years back I bought one and it sucked. I see various companies advertising new tooling. I would not believe it till someone confirmed. Damaged my passenger side on my GMC and can't find a good used one. I have several good driver side but no passenger!

I am almost willing to try one from GMC Pauls as it seems they only sell parts that they verify fitment themselves unless I am wrong?

Anybody buy a 68 C10 fender this year and been happy? Please don't say "I bought one 5 years ago and it sucked!". Most of us know this. Wondering on recent fenders.

Thanks!

Key Parts is about the best I've found in the last few years. Nothing like GM, but man its hard to find nice ones.

Maybe try a place called "Truck Haven" in Unionville TN. He should have one. I havent talked to him in a while but he has a bunch of parts trucks. You wouldn't be disappointed with a Key Parts repro though.

Just my .02

I put Key Parts on my 68 C10. They are actually Certified GM Restoration parts for the front fenders. I put a door on mine from them also. It was a perfect fit.

Summit Racing carries Key Parts. They had free shipping at the time.

Yeah man, my bedsides are Key Parts. Absolutely nothing wrong with them if you decide to go repro. The Key Parts bedsides are actually heavier than the GM ones. I've had these for 7-8 yrs, I found them on Craigslist years ago and bought them pretty cheap. They're pretty pricey now. GMC Paul's is a member here on the board, I'd try him first then maybe Summit if he doesn't have them.

Good luck with it man.

Chuck has passed away.

A guy named Billy was handling the parts and made this statement about 17 weeks ago.

(Where closed down no longer selling parts.)

Dang man, I had no idea. I knew Chuck was an older guy (I am too) but I just hadn't talked to him in quite a while. Another good guy gone too soon.
