Blazers with EFI?

I've always loved the look of the 81-87 Blazers and am in a position to purchase one. Looking around it appears that only the 87 comes with stock EFI in the form of throttle body injection (TBI), correct? It appears that doing a swap to EFI on the 81-86 models is a fair amount of parts swapping from a donor truck + wiring work. Is this correct? If so, it looks like I may be searching for a single year which will make things more difficult...but I'd prefer to have a bone stock EFI setup over a custom setup like I have in my 91 Camaro.

88-91 were also square body K5's with TBI and 1988 looked identical to 1987, the grill changed in 1989 as well as the side moldings and such. I have owned a 1988 K20 Suburban and currently have a 1988 K5 Blazer.
