help finding these fasteners

where to find 5/16 24 to fit in these ill call beveled ??? on the pulley I purchased used long a go with out the bolts .....I can put 5/16 24 hex heads with a lock and a flat ....but that aint right ...

I have pulleys similar to this. I used beveled allen head screws.

I would go with the correct size and length of these… Countersunk is the correct term. |

It's also called a Flat Head Cap Screw (FHCS)

There could be different angles on the countersink as well. Might try to find out the stated angle on a search of the manufacturer of the pulley before ordering. Generally they are pretty standard, but once in a while an odd ball slips in.

To me they look like standard flat head bolt holes in the pulley.
I'm sure they would have the bolts at the local "Ace" hardware store in stainless or mild steel. Oh maybe it's just the pic but confirm they are 5/16" and not 3/8". Also confirm course or fine thread. |

You could also try total stainless I believe they have them

Probably an 82 degree machine head screw. Go to your local True Value or Ace Hardware and they will have them in SS or steel.

Just one more note, the typical flat head bolt we used at work was a allen head hex bolt.

Your best luck is go to your local ACE hardware store. There you will find what you are looking for .
