NOS hinges and springs may be a tough nut to crack after so many years. You may want to look into having yours rebuilt. www.hoodhingerepair.com Willie Wilson Very good rep on here, a Chevelle forum and a Tri-five forum I am on. Not a cheap alternative but doubt that NOS hinges and springs would be a cheap purchase either. :lol:

There are a couple of RH on ebay right now, LH may be tough to find.

I had a pair of nos hinges bought in like 2006 from my gm dealer and my body guy was so displeased with them he made me (didn't really make me but srongly recomended) I send my original ones to willie. I did and he does fantastic work. Hood fits much nicer with the originals vs the nos ones.
