Randy builds the racecar seats we have in our dirt modified - we see him at the Syracuse trade show every November. I told him my father thought we might be 3rd or 4th cousins. Randy looked at me, cocked his head and said "Can't be, I don't recall seeing you at any of the family reunions." :lol:
He's a good guy, he's been battling some health issues the last few years, glad he's on the rebound.

I've wondered for a long time. I remember when Randy raced. He was good, a clean racer. Can I assume Cory is his son? Also a racer.

Correct.

And to add to the confusion the LaJoies and me Lajoie are all from Connecticut, have been involved in racing our whole lives, yet we're not related.
