whats the biggest tire i can get with 20s?

Without modifying the wheels wells or fenders, whats the biggest tire i can have with a set of 20s and a 3/5 drop of my truck? Of course i dont want rubbing with turns etc.

I'm running 275/45/20 goodyears on 9.5" wheels on a 4/6 drop with only minimal rubs when angling up drives too fast.
