What size springs are these?
 

Several years ago, I lowered my truck a little using just springs, but I've forgotten exactly which springs I bought. Now I want to get rid of the springs so I need to figure out what size drop springs they are. I think they are 2/4 drops springs... is there any way to tell exactly?

Front and Rear springs are both 12" tall. F is 5.5" wide with 7 coils, R is 7.5" with 4.5 coils and appears to be a progressive rate spring.

One thing that may help, my truck had the overload half-leaf springs as well, and the rubber bumpers were about a half inch from the overload spring when the truck was sitting on level ground.
