does that say Napco on it? reason I ask is, I think its just a regular swb K10. It has a divorced rockwell t-221 transfer case, I think Napcos used dana 23/24 transfer cases. I have the same hubs on my truck. Napcos used Warn hubs, iirc. but anyway, thats a sweet truck!

Most folks consider the end of the line for Napco trucks to be 1960 when GM changed the body style of their trucks, there are exceptions to the rule though. This is when the contract with Napco and Gm was canceled, and Gm started making their own components. I would say you are probably correct (or close) with the year model1964. I had a 68 GMC 4x4 and the hubs were extra long they were like 7 and 3/4 in. versus the later models which were like 6 1/2 in. They really stuck out from the front wheels but made a nice step to work inside the hood. |
Like to find the first one on the back of my lot waiting to be worked on........
