Where can I get matching houndstooth materials for side panels like this?. I think I just made up my mind on cover model.

Try this site here http://www.smsautofabrics.com/ I've heard they can send you samples to match your material.

I sent them a picture of material I need for my seat covers and they sent me a swatch in the mail and it matched perfect, but they arent cheap.

I got my seat covers ordered thru Frank (Pickmup) and then he ordered me some houndstooth material to do the door panels and the cargo panels. WASN'T cheap! But I think it will be well worth it. For me it will help tie the colors of the seats in with the rest of the interior. Here is a pic of my seats.
Cheyenne10- Do you have any pics of the door panels in that blazer?? Thanks! Diane |

1970blazin; Attached is pic of 71 cheyenne/cst stock door panel I found.
Panels and truck are not mine but pics I found for ideas for mine. Its great went we are all out searching for ideas we like and can share with others. |
cheyenne10- I like the stock door panels, but my problem is that my blazer is blue, and I went with black interior (instead of that meduim blue) I just don't like all the different tones of blue, Anyways here is my dilema...
The blue in my truck is different than the blue in my blue/black houndstooth inserts. I would like to make the houndstooth look like it belongs to the theme of my interior, not have people ask "Why doesn't the blue in the inserts match the rest of the blazer?" My answer to this is to make the cargo panels and the door panels have some houndstooth material in them. I haven't quite figured out what pattern I will use, just a combo of black vinyl and the houndstooth material like the seats. I also don't have any scroll work like the original door panels and cargo panels had, so I think I need to stay away from the orig. door panels. cheyenne10- What are your colors for your interior? Plans if any? |

What about this for a pattern- Houndstooth on top and black vinyl underneath?
