Aftermarket tranny mount

I tried this post on the truck board first and didnt get much response. Thought I would try here before I give up on it.

Has anyone seen in person or used one of the "new style" transmission mounts that Brothers and early classics are selling? It claims to mount in the stock position for an auto tranny and allow the exhaust to route above it. I am interested to hear any likes/dislikes. Give me your comments.

Thanks. Jason

I'm not familiar with that mount. I have the stock one that supports my tranny and t-case. My exhaust is routed above it without any real hassles.

I just put on the red poly Energy Suspension mounts. I haven't seen the one your talking about. Is it for the 4wd or 2wd?

I believe it can be used on either 2 or 4 wheel drive. Its actually the whole crossmember. Maybe mount was the wrong word to use.
