I like em... why do they look "new" ?

I pulled them off, sand blasted and painted them gloss black.

Here's a sketch of the tow hooks with some dimensions.

Bolt hole center to center is about 3-11/16"
Bolt hole diameter is 9/16"

I wonder if they'll bolt up to a '77 frame. Do you have any pics of them installed on a vehicle? Id like to see how they point and stuff. Ive never seen any up close, or if I did I wasnt paying attention.. I like em and will buy em if the tow rope aint gonna just fall off. I dont want them just for looks you know?

I have a pair of those not mounted. Crawling under my 87 2wd it looks as if it would bolt up where the bumper brackets bolt to the frame only using longer bolts. I beleive my hooks came off of a 4x4 blazer. The only problem is my spoiler is not cut like yours and it is in the way of mounting them. Looks like the upper lip of the spoiler needs to be trimmed a little to mount the hooks and notches cut out like yours to make them functional. Did your spoiler come stock with the cut-outs?

Yeah it already had the cut outs in it.
