There is one local that is in sad shape.. but somehow.. The passenger fender/inner fender and the radiator support are in decent shape. The inner fender and the radiator support do have rust, but not rusted through anywhere that I could see. The truck still has the 307 (ewww) and 3 speed manual transmission in it, various other parts strung out the whole thing.. I might actually be complete with all the parts that are around it / in the bed. With the motor in unknown condition.. and counting the few good parts i listed, What is something like this worth? He told me to make him an offer.. so I am using you guys as a base for the offer.

Ok, thanks for the reply. I'll start in on him about half of that and see where it ends up :)
