Best way to remove drivers side rear rollup window on Sub.

I am starting to strip my 72 Sub parts truck and I need to remove the glass from the truck. What is the best way to remove the rollup glass behind the drivers side door?

Not sure if this is the best way, but I removed the rear window
run. Removed the window regulator and then the window could be lifted out.
