i was thinking about the cab corner thing. It wouldn't be too hard to make it i dont think. you could take the cab corner and use a doorskin to make the rest of the step that goes back to the fender, that way it already has the correct lines and shape, and just put a rounded edge on a piece of metal to make the top.
of course it would never be that easy because as usual i would end up screwing something up.
