Measure how far they are from the bottom of the windshield when you turn 'em off. They're supposed to park about 1-2 inches from the windshield weatherstrip. Mine are right at 2.5" from the bottom of the windshield.

Something broke one day, I heard it snap. The wipers stop anywhere in the bottom 6" or so of the windshield. I had them parking in the 1-2" zone but now they park just about wherever they desire. Some sort of return spring in the motor mechanism, I'm thinking. Trying to find the part before I tear into it if I can.
