I'm debating on whether or not I should just cut the back portion of the splash guard and just leave it as is. The rest of it is bolted in and solid. I guess this bolt is just to keep the guard steady if you kick of a massive rock or something.
Then again, I could just leave it as is. But it would be one of those things that keeps me up at night. Stupid stuff, ya know.
