The hose matches up to 95/96 Ford p/u with 4.9 L6 lower hose (alternate) the other hose that is listed matches that Dayco 70664 that you have. I looked it up in a dayco cat. and the lower hose only has one listed a 71873. Goodyear shows the 2 hoses, Dayco only showed one.
