Man I feel sorry for you guys up North. My 2wd cst Blazer was running and driving and had a fresh paint job and a new motor for 3000.00 back in 1995. I tore it completely down and the only rust was small spots in the driver and passenger floor board from the top leaking. The only other body work that was done was from shaving every emblem, hole, door handle, cowl vent, and etc. on and on. Still need to finish it though. I will finish it on it's 10th year anniversary. I guess if you really want one though it is all there and not cut up or modified.
