All in all, Dad put in 11 quarts, yes 11 I counted them twice lol. It has a little blowby already so it does burn oil, not exactly sure what spooging means, either I am too stupid or too young or something
Anyway, air filter is shot, and carb actually looks pretty good. Oh, I am going to get the compression tester and find out if it is the ring or valve that is messed up.
