Let´s say I buy a truck for $10,000 in US I guess it will be about another $5,000(give or take)for me before I have it ready for the road in Sweden.

Truck :$10,000
Shipping :$1,500
Insurance :$150-250
Import tax :$1400
Inspection/
Registration :$800-1000
And then you always have some costs on the way plus the travelling cost if you want to add that in budget.
