You're missing the horn cam, or the post on the cam (spring loaded) that connects the horn ring with the button on the steering wheel.

The cam makes connections to the horn possible + automatically shuts off the turn signals while going around corners. It's a white plastic piece with a flange on one end (with a copper ring in it), 4 lobes around the cam part, and that spring loaded post. Sometimes the cam is sold separate from the post. Other times it's combined.

Yeah, check with LMC. I think Chevy Duty and Brothers sells the cam separate from the post.
