I've seen rebuilt w/exchange trans for $500 on e-bay-but shipping on 200lbs would be a pain

I just took the cover off mine and it looked like brand new inside so I don't think I'm going to worry about the rebuild-I guess it's just not supposed to shift like a sports car...
