the only reason ive been fiddling with them is because the last "pro" i had do it didnt do somethign right.. when i had the valve covers off to shine them, i felt of the rockers out of curiousity and every rocker was loose enough that the taps could be hand turned along with the pushrods also.. so i tightened them down the way i was told.. the one with the hole in it was covered with oil on the tip so i never noticed that
