I just had mine apart yesterday. There is a spring and a aluminum rod about 1 inch long with a round red plastic lock ring on it that holds it all in there. I would send you mine but the wheel I am putting on later might require it. If my buddy ever makes my horn cap. I put on a Grant GT Challenger til then.
